Bread and Life

This is one of my favorite little films about bread and life.  It is about Tartine bread in San Francisco, and it pushed me into getting more serious about bread.

Pizza Party

As part of our community oven training, Mike hosted a pizza party in his backyard (our oven isn't done yet).  We got to see what it felt like to make pizzas for about 50 people.  It was a good experience, and it taught us that there is going to be a lot of planning and preparation before we host that big pizza event for the neighborhood.
